[PATCH -tip v3 18/23] x86/dumpstack: Use NOKPROBE_SYMBOL macro indumpstack.c

Use NOKPROBE_SYMBOL macro for protecting functions
from kprobes instead of __kprobes annotation in
dumpstack.c.
