[PATCH -tip v3 12/23] x86/hw_breakpoint: Use NOKPROBE_SYMBOL macroin hw_breakpoint

Use NOKPROBE_SYMBOL macro to protect functions from kprobes
instead of __kprobe annotation in hw_breakpoint.
