[PATCH] PNPBIOS: check return value of pnp_add_device()

[Dmitry Torokhov]

pnp_add_device() may fail so we need to handle errors and avoid leaking
memory.

Also, when pnp_alloc_dev fails, return -ENOMEM rather than -1.
