* Improved crypto_memneq helper.
* Use cyprto_memneq in arch-specific crypto code.
* Replaced orphaned DCP driver with Freescale MXS DCP driver.
* Added AVX/AVX2 version of AESNI-GCM encode and decode.
* Added AMD Cryptographic Coprocessor (CCP) driver.
* Misc fixes.
