I thought about this when writing this part. I wondered if this PWM will
ever be used for something else than backlight control as the ATMEL's
chip already have several PWM outputs that are more advanced than this
one. It's more straightforward and the amount of code is less.

I actually did this when I did a mockup for the at91sam9261ek and I
think that's definitely the way to go. I just did not include this for
the RFC to keep it small.
