[PATCH v2] acpi: fan.c: printk replacement

printk replaced with corresponding dev_err and dev_info
fixed one broken user-visible string
multiine comment edited for correct commenting style
asm/uaccess.h replaced with linux/uaccess.h
PREFIX removed
