Actually I think you also need to use DEBUG_LL_UART_8250 rather than
DEBUG_UART_8250.

Ok, sounds fine, but remove ARCH_BCM_IPROC then. There should be
no need for a three-level deep hierarchy (BCM -> IPROC -> CYGNUS)
