[PATCH] arch: arm: plat-samsung: setup-camif.c: Remove some unused functions

Removes some functions that are not used anywhere:
s3c_camif_gpio_put() s3c_camif_gpio_get()

This was partially found by using a static code analysis program called cppcheck.
