[PATCH v4 1/9] staging:lustre: Delete all obsolete LND drivers

From: James Simmons
Date: Thu Jun 11 2015 - 15:18:42 EST

Remove ralnd, ptllnd, mxlnd, qswlnd drivers. They are no
longer supported and have not even been buildable
for a long time.
