[PATCH v2 0/9] Second revision of the performance improvement patch to the VMware balloon driver.

This is the second revision of the path to the VMware balloon driver. The original
was send to linux-kernl@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 4/14/2015 10.29 am PST. Please refer to
the original change for an overview.

This change addresses concern by Dmitry Totokhov.

The patches in the patch series are:

    capabilities in the debug-fs node.
  VMware balloon: Do not limit the amount of frees and allocations in
    non-sleep mode.

  VMware balloon: Add support for balloon capabilities.
