Stable queue is now empty

Hi all,

With these -rc kernels now out for review, all pending patches that have
been submitted for inclusion in a 4.4.y, 3.14.y, or 3.10.y kernel have
been processed.

If you have a patch that you submitted, or marked for inclusion, that
you do not see in these releases, and you didn't get a "FAILED..." email
from me about it, please consider it lost and resend as I don't have it.
