Thanks to everybody for the Acks; I've just applied this to 
for-4.6/upstream.

Petr is the only one affected who hasn't provided his Ack by the time this 
patch has been applied, as he is currently offline; but I hereby declare 
that I've been talking to him earlier today and he's OK with this change 
:)
