[PATCH V6 2/8] vfio: platform: determine reset capability

From: Sinan Kaya
Date: Sat May 28 2016 - 18:01:44 EST

Creating a new function to determine if this driver supports reset
function or not. This is an attempt to abstract device tree calls
from the rest of the code.
