[PATCH] char: add missing header dependencies

We get 1 warning when building kernel with W=1:
drivers/char/random.c:2126:6: warning: no previous prototype for 'add_hwgenerator_randomness' [-Wmissing-prototypes]

In fact, this function is declared in include/linux/hw_random.h,
so this patch adds missing header dependencies.
