[PATCH v2 2/2] drm/tinydrm: Add helper functions

From: Noralf TrÃnnes
Date: Fri Jan 27 2017 - 15:09:37 EST

Add common functionality needed by many tinydrm drivers.

Signed-off-by: Noralf TrÃnnes <noralf@xxxxxxxxxxx>
---

Changes since version 1:
- Remove some DRM_DEBUG*()
- Write-combined memory has uncached reads, so speed up by copying/buffering
one pixel line before conversion.
