I am not sure this is correct. The compat syscall does:

return sys_recvfrom(fd, buf, len, flags | MSG_CMSG_COMPAT, addr, addrlen);
}

netlink_cmsg_recv_pktinfo expects that MSG_CMSG_COMPAT in msg.flags,
but we put it into flags.
