[RELEASE] LTTng-modules 2.9.4 and 2.10.1 (Linux kernel tracer)

Hi,

Those are bugfix releases for the LTTng modules Linux kernel tracer
currently maintained stable branches.

They also update instrumentation to support Linux kernels up to and
including current 4.14-rc Linux kernels.
