[PATCH] workqueue: Convert timers to use timer_setup() (part 2)

From: Kees Cook
Date: Mon Oct 16 2017 - 18:58:34 EST

In preparation for unconditionally passing the struct timer_list pointer
to all timer callbacks, switch to using the new timer_setup() and
from_timer() to pass the timer pointer explicitly. (The prior workqueue
patch missed a few timers.)
