[PATCH 1/1] arm64/mm: move {idmap_pg_dir,tramp_pg_dir,swapper_pg_dir} to .rodata section

Move {idmap_pg_dir,tramp_pg_dir,swapper_pg_dir} to .rodata
section. And update the swapper_pg_dir by fixmap.
