[PATCH 5/6] kbuild: change ld_flags to contain LDFLAGS_$(@F)

Put $(LDFLAGS_$(@F)) into ld_flags so that $(LDFLAGS_pcap.o) and
$(LDFLAGS_vde.o) in arch/um/drivers/Makefile are absorbed.
