[PATCH linux-next] mm/tlb: make some function static to avoid warning

From: zhong jiang
Date: Sat Jul 21 2018 - 04:07:42 EST

arch/x86/mm/tlb.c:38:6: warning: symbol 'clear_asid_other' was not declared. Should it be static?
