The above WARN_ON_ONCE() triggers during psci_checker operation when booting
on R-Car Gen3 (arm64) SoCs where a trusted OS is resident on CPU0.

Reverting the commit fixes the issue.

The issue can also be seen on R-Car M3-W and M3-N.
