[PATCH v6 4/4] drivers: clk: Add ZynqMP clock driver

From: Jolly Shah
Date: Mon Oct 08 2018 - 14:22:24 EST

From: Jolly Shah <jolly.shah@xxxxxxxxxx>

This patch adds CCF compliant clock driver for ZynqMP.
Clock driver queries supported clock information from
firmware and regiters pll and output clocks with CCF.
