[PATCH v3 2/5] ARM: use unified assembler in headers

From: Stefan Agner
Date: Tue Feb 12 2019 - 15:02:06 EST

Use unified assembler syntax (UAL) in headers. Divided syntax is
considered deprecated. This will also allow to build the kernel
using LLVM's integrated assembler.

Changes in v2:
- Remove excessive null tokens
- Move t token before conditional token
