[PATCH] aoe: list new maintainer for aoe driver

[Ed Cashin]

Justin Sanders, who has extensive experience with ATA over Ethernet
in general and AoE SCSI and block-device drivers in particular, is
ready to take on the role of aoe maintainer.  The driver needs a more
active maintainer.
