[PATCH 03/15] kbuild: make gdb_script depend on prepare0 instead of prepare

'gdb_script' needs headers generated by ./Kbuild, which is visited
by 'prepare0'. None of 'gdb_script' depends on 'prepare'.

Loosen the dependency.
