Perhaps when new driver comes to the spot, but currently there is neither such

I don't object that the "solution" in ACPI followed by the driver is not good.
But for now it prevents to enable USB OTG (as a main feature among many other
useful ones) in upstream. Please, consider apply as is. If anything better
comes to your mind I will be glad to improve driver in the future.
