[PATCH 1/4] KVM: VMX: rename {vmx,nested_vmx}_vcpu_setup functions

Rename {vmx,nested_vmx}_vcpu_setup to {vmx,nested_vmx}_vmcs_setup,
to match what they really do.

No functional change.
