[PATCH v2 07/11] bitmap: Introduce bitmap_replace() helper

In some drivers we want to have a single operation over bitmap which is
an equivalent to:

*dst = (*old & ~(*mask)) | (*new & *mask)

Introduce bitmap_replace() helper for this.
