[PATCH 4/5] iio: adc: vf610_adc: Replace indio_dev->mlock with own device lock

From: Mircea Caprioru
Date: Mon Sep 28 2020 - 09:14:26 EST

From: Sergiu Cuciurean <sergiu.cuciurean@xxxxxxxxxx>

As part of the general cleanup of indio_dev->mlock, this change replaces
it with a local lock on the device's state structure.

This is part of a bigger cleanup.
