[PATCH 5.4 198/388] perf: Use new infrastructure to fix deadlocks in execve

From: Greg Kroah-Hartman
Date: Tue Sep 29 2020 - 08:03:26 EST

From: Bernd Edlinger <bernd.edlinger@xxxxxxxxxx>

[ Upstream commit 6914303824bb572278568330d72fc1f8f9814e67 ]

This changes perf_event_set_clock to use the new exec_update_mutex
instead of cred_guard_mutex.

This should be safe, as the credentials are only used for reading.
