[PATCH v2 3/8] Documentation: HID: hiddev editing & corrections

Do basic editing & correction to hiddev.rst:
- use HID instead of hid consistently
- add hyphenation of multi-word adjectives
- drop a duplicate word
- unhyphenate "a priori"
