[PATCH -next] hid: clean up Kconfig

This is a large cleanup of drivers/hid/Kconfig:
* Use tab instead of spaces for main menu "depends on INPUT".
* Indent help text by 2 spaces (total of one tab + 2 spaces).
* Convert 2 intra-line tabs to spaces.
* Convert multiple spaces to one space in help text.
* Reflow a few help text lines if they are too long (for a 80-character
terminal).
* Capitalize beginning of a phrase (for consistency).
* Capitalize 2 product names.
* Drop one trailing space.
* End 2 sentences with a period ('.').
* Fix grammar: is -> are
