[PATCH net-next 1/4] net: hinic: Remove unnecessary 'out of memory' message

This patch removes unnecessary out of memory message in hinic driver,
fixes the following checkpatch.pl warning:
"WARNING: Possible unnecessary 'out of memory' message"
