[PATCH v2 1/2] staging: rtl8712: Rewrite NULL comparisons

[Zhansaya Bagdauletkyzy]

Replace NULL comparisons with boolean negation to be more consistent with
the rest of the Linux kernel code base.
Reported by checkpatch.
