[PATCH] staging: rtl8192e: replace comparison to NULL by bool

[zhaoxiao]

Fixed Comparison to NULL can be written as '!...' by replacing it with
simpler form i.e boolean expression. This makes code more readable alternative.
Reported by checkpatch.
