[PATCH v4 0/2] Add StarFive's StarLink Cache Controller

StarFive's StarLink Cache Controller flush/invalidates cache using non-
conventional RISC-V Zicbom extension instructions. This driver provides the
cache handling on StarFive RISC-V SoC.
