problems with version 1.3.7

Hi all,
after installing the 1.3.7 patch I have the following problems:

- resolving hostnames via nameservice is not possible, the
nameserver does not respond. this seems not to be a problem of the
nameserver, v1.3.6 works fine

- tcpdump either core-dumps or the machine hangs with

kernel panic: skpush: under: 0195d654:26328212
in swapper task - not syncing

The address in the panic-message varies, 01ddc77c:31311600 was
another.

So I must go back to 1.3.6.
