"Idle task may not sleep"

I'm curious about what events lead up to an "idle task may not sleep"
panic... I'm debugging a device driver that is generating these, and
I'm not sure what could be going awry.

I thought I could try modifying the panic handler to generate a trap
report, so I can get a stack trace... is this likely to be helpful?
