Ok, I made a linux-1.3.20 kernel, as I will leave for sunny (hopefully)
California this Saturday, and will be away for a week. So in case I
don't have time to do other releases, 1.3.20 should fix a few problems
with the previous release.

- better makesfiles to avoid some re-compilation
- fixed a few missing include statements that made 1.3.19 very hard to
compile in certain configurations.
- updated ax.25 net code
- hopefully the strace problem really _is_ fixed now..
- ipip bugfix
- unix domain socket updates (async IO, address fixes)

Please do try it all out..
