I'm getting the same error. 1.3.22, Adaptec 2940W, 16MB RAM, P100,
Seagate Fast SCSI-2 1 Gig, Toshiba Quad speed CD-ROM, #9GXEPro 4MB VRAM.
Appears when booting and shutting down.
