sending a message without being subscribed?

Mail to News (rnews@tasking.nl)

Why isn't is possible to send a message to this list without being
subscribed to it? Here at work, several people are interested in the
linux mailing lists, so we decided to take one subscription under the
name "rnews@tasking.nl" and forward the messages to a local newsgroup.

However, I found out that I'm not able to send a message to a list,
using my own name (dicks@tasking.nl). I've sent some messages to
linux-kernel@vger.rutgers.edu, but they never arrived. You are reading
this message because I sent it from the rnews@tasking.nl account.

It would be a pitty if we are forced to take individual subscriptions,
just to be able to send send messages to a list. I've sent mail to
Majordomo-Owner@vger.rutgers.edu about this, but got no reply so far.
Does anybody know whether there is some trick, such as an additional
header line, to overcome the restriction?

Thanks in advance for your help,
