Interesting; my sound is also cut short..here is the 'tail end' of
'dmesg'....I loaded the soundcard as a module, and then played a few
soundfiles; then I removed the module...curiously enough inserting
and removing the module any number of times still results in the
Bad access to DMA channel 1...

Anything I can do to debug?
