1.3.38 modules don't compile

Some modules do not compile in 1.3.38. E.g. compieling lp gives:

lp.c:559: redefinition of ernel_version'
/usr/src/linux/include/linux/module.h:102: ernel_version' previously
defined here

While correcting this is easy, others like minix are much more complicated.
I did the same changes in the minix files but still wasn't able to compile
it.
