1.3.34 doesn't properly detect HD(s) on 2nd IDE channel:
hdc: Maxtor 71050 AT, 1006MB w/256KB Cache, LBA, CHS=2045/16/63
when I switch it to be slave on primary, I get the correct result:
hdb: Maxtor 71050 AT, 1006MB w/256KB Cache, LBA, CHS=1022/32/63
Someone please fix it.
Also, are there any known problems with the 2nd channel IDE ?
My machine seemed to work funny overall. Shutdown took 3 times longer, I
got funny chars on screen, etc ...
I have Asus P/I-P55TP4 motherboard, P-90.
