I have had exactly the same problems with 1.3.36. The machine locks up so
bad that i have to reset the machine with the resetbutton.

My machine:
Pentium 100Mhz
PSI/ISA - Asus motherboard
1 IDE, 2 SCSI drives (Adaptec 2940)
3Com Etherlink III Combo
Diamond S3 Trio64 2MB

My machine differs alot from the other 2 mentioned above. But my machine
locks up after just an hour or so..
