vplay users read this (was Problem with sound since 1.3.63)

I asked about this to Hannu Savolainen (the sound driver maintainer) and his
response was:
"The program should accept anything that is above 0." [...for the
SNDCTL_DSP_GETBLKSIZE...]

So vplay shouldn't doing that < 4096 test. Change that to < 1 and
recompile and everything will be fine.
