The tcp close problem doesn't seem to be fixed properly in 1.3.66. I'm
not running slip or ip masquarding. I've narrowed down the problem on my
machine specifically to a cgi program that runs off my httpd. I run
kerneld to load the a.out module and this program is a.out. These are the
one's that refuse to close at this time. The program ran fine all the way
up to 1.3.65, but now it leaves the socket's in the CLOSE state.
