This was noted almoast two weeks ago at this forum..
See at the message headers, they are coming thru a long
(and slow) queue at fiport.funet.fi, which was used for
a couple days as fanout for VGERs lists. It turned out
not to be a good idea. (OpenVMS 6.0 and PMDF with sub-
optimal configuration just could not do anything in
reasonable time, once email queues grew too large for it..)
I got about 4-6 copies of same message that came thru fiport,
but the queue should be depleted by now. (At least there are
under 4000 messages in queue in there..)
