Re: IDE : Errors - What should concern me?

I have seen the same problem except that it locks my system up (because it
can never read from the /dev/hda drive again). I ran 1.3.52 for a real long
time with no problems but when I upgraded to 1.3.62 I started getting this message
alot. I tried everything from 1.3.6[2-4] with no improvements. Reverting back to
1.3.52 clears up everything though.

I don't have any of the IDE chipset bugfixes/enhancements installed because
I don't have any of the mentioned chipsets (its a promise vlb controller).
I'll try compiling the 1.3.66 and some of the chipset options enabled when
I have some time.
